Descripción del puesto

You will be involved in:

  • Designing virtual assistants conversations that are clear, simple and align with established chatbot and user experience standards.
  • Design and create user-facing communications artifacts and interactive voice response notifications and flows.
  • Use data and analytics to find opportunities for continuous improvement of the virtual assistant user experience.
  • Review existing conversations to ensure grammatical accuracy, optimize the content, recommend new topics, and measure the impact.
  • Review and offer suggestions on improving existing and new IVR and Conversation flows to ensure an ideal user experience.
  • Support the evolution of the chatbot experience with design leadership using design best practices, conversation, product strategy, and design acumen.
  • You will be expected to be a thought leader, working collaboratively with a strong team of engineers, product managers, and executives in a highly visible role
  • Maintain and update response library and intents. Conduct user acceptance testing regularly to ensure conversations and platforms are performing as expected
  • Define and track KPIs, complete health monitoring, and derive insights from performance data. Identify and implement improvements for cost reduction and increased effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain rich knowledge of customer needs and product workflows to inform conversation design and development





Requisitos

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in interaction design, product design, service design, or related field.
  • Exceptional design writing and editing skills. Proven ability to author supportive and engaging content for Conversational UI channels.
  • Experience with chatbot or voice platforms (Alexa, Rasa, DialogFlow, Watson, etc.) an asset.
  • Curiosity and commitment to testing new ideas and innovating to drive business results.
  • A sensational portfolio demonstrating your strong craft and collaborative process.
  • Work on multiple projects at one time, using strong communication skills to manage time and expectations appropriately.
  • Collaborate effectively with other designers, product managers, and engineering staff.
